On November 19, 2025, Tim Schreiber moderated the event “Lawyers and Experts in Dialogue: Foundations of Successful Cooperation in Arbitration” of the DIS Regional Group Munich.
The event took place in the premises of Deloitte at Rosenheimer Platz and brought together numerous professionals from the field of arbitration. The focus was on the question of how lawyers and experts can work together effectively and efficiently in arbitration. In a lively discussion, the panelists examined the full range of practically relevant aspects – from the selection process of the expert to the preparation of the expert report and the hearing. Both legal and in-house perspectives were considered, as well as typical approaches of arbitration tribunals to expert evidence. German Arbitration Institute (DIS): Events
