A New Addition to Our Dispute Resolution Practice: Robert Schimmelpfennig Joins A/L/M Partners

We are deligh­ted to wel­co­me Robert Schim­mel­p­fen­nig as a new mem­ber of our team. He joins us effec­ti­ve imme­dia­te­ly and will be based in our Frank­furt office.

Robert Schim­mel­p­fen­nig joins us from the lea­ding Ger­man law firm Hen­ge­ler Muel­ler, brin­ging with him many years of exper­ti­se in hand­ling com­plex liti­ga­ti­on and arbi­tra­ti­on pro­cee­dings. With his expe­ri­ence in dome­stic and inter­na­tio­nal liti­ga­ti­on, he will pro­vi­de signi­fi­cant sup­port to our cli­ents in effi­ci­ent­ly and stra­te­gi­cal­ly resol­ving dome­stic and cross-bor­der dis­pu­tes.

A/L/M Partners on M&A disputes at the M&A Excellence Days 2026

Dr. Dani­el H. Shar­ma will speak on a panel on 5 March 2026, on topics rela­ted to dis­pu­te reso­lu­ti­on in M&A tran­sac­tions in India. As a pro­ven expert on dis­pu­tes invol­ving India and Asia, he will report on cur­rent topics and cases from over 20 years of doing busi­ness in India. The M&A Excel­lence Days orga­ni­zed by the Ger­man Mer­gers & Acqui­si­ti­ons Asso­cia­ti­on are among the most important con­fe­ren­ces on the topic of M&A. ALM Part­ners has many years of in-depth expe­ri­ence in con­duc­ting and resol­ving post‑M&A dis­pu­tes, both out of court and befo­re arbi­tra­ti­on and sta­te courts.

On November 19, 2025, Tim Schreiber moderated the event “Lawyers and Experts in Dialogue: Foundations of Successful Cooperation in Arbitration” of the DIS Regional Group Munich.

The event took place in the pre­mi­ses of Deloit­te at Rosen­hei­mer Platz and brought tog­e­ther num­e­rous pro­fes­sio­nals from the field of arbi­tra­ti­on. The focus was on the ques­ti­on of how lawy­ers and experts can work tog­e­ther effec­tively and effi­ci­ent­ly in arbi­tra­ti­on. In a lively dis­cus­sion, the panelists exami­ned the full ran­ge of prac­ti­cal­ly rele­vant aspects – from the sel­ec­tion pro­cess of the expert to the pre­pa­ra­ti­on of the expert report and the hea­ring.
