He has extensive experience in various jurisdictions and industries, particularly in the financial services, energy, engineering/construction, technology and aerospace sectors. His experience also includes disputes in the automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical and ESG sectors. Due to his work in Brussels and instructions in EU and German antitrust law, Daniel Sharma is also well-versed in handling antitrust disputes. He regularly speaks at conferences on arbitration law, sector-specific issues, human rights issues and related topics. Daniel has served on advisory and management bodies of various arbitral institutions, including the Appointment Committee of the DIS, the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, the SIAC Users Council, the ICC India Arbitration Group and the Mauritius Mediation and Arbitration Center.
